*If applicable, grants and scholarships are applied to tuition and fees before employer funding. Funding for all Career Enhancement benefits will not exceed $5,250 per calendar year. Employees are eligible to participate in one of the following education benefit programs per calendar year: OU Health Degree Accelerator Program (DAP), Guild Marketplace program, or Tuition Assistance program. Employees enrolled in OU Health’s Student Loan Repayment Program, for years 1 and 2, are also eligible to participate in the Guild benefit.
